2 HR FIRE RATED METAL DOOR
Supplying Envirotech Door make steel Fire shutter with Fire Rating of 120 minutes rating as per
manufacturers specification and similar to the prototype tested in accordance with IS 3614 Part-2 BS 476
Part-22.
Door Frame are made with 1.6mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed to single rebate profile of size 125 x 60mm.
Door Shutter are made with 1.25mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed formed to provide a 46mm thick fully flush double skin panel shall with lock seam joint at style edges.and filled with ceramic wool (96 kg/cum density ) honey comb structure with reinforcement at top, bottom and stile surround.The items also include provision for required iron monger and finished with zinc phosphate storing primer & polyurethane paint.
2 HR FIRE RATED WOODEN DOOR
Door Frame :- Supply of 140 minute fire rated of Hard wood / Red Mirantee door frame of
section 120mmX65mm with heat activated incumescent fire seal strip of size 10mm X 4mm and one coat of anti
termite fire retardant primer.
Door Shutter :- Supply of Envirotech make120 minute fire rated Wooden Door Shutters as per IS-3614 Part-2 and BS 476 PART-2 for single & double leaf doors duly tested from CBRI Roorkee or from laboratory approved by engineer in charge with 55mm thick asbestos free composite fire / smoke check wooden shutter of 120 minute fire rating comprising of two 10mm thick calcium silicate boards, 100% without asbestos , having density not more than 1150 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity 0.14 W/m*K sandwiching 25mm thick fire resistance insulation mineral wool filler coated with FR silicon sealant and faced with 3mm thick commercial ply faceing on both side with heat activated intumescent fire seal strip of size 10mm X 4mm mounted in the grooves of hardwood lipping on all side except bottom0.
