Fire Resistant Door

Fire Resistance: Halspan core is pre tested to British standard bs476: part22: 1987(iso 834) & en 1634 pt 1 2000. This includes single leaf doors, pairs & double acting fire configurations in flush and panelled doors. We are manufacturing 120min, 90min, 60min, 30min & Non Fire. Depending on the door blank, sealing and glazing options used, Halspan’s acoustic performance ranges from 30 to 38 dB/Rw and 30 to 41 STC.

The 120 Internal fire door blanks feature Halspan's distinctive 3-layer particle board, enhanced with an additional mineral layer. Specifically engineered using a sophisticated blend of chemical and technical advancements, these blanks result in doors of exceptional quality, strength, and overall performance.

Halspan 120 has a design thickness of 60mm. Due to the nature of its construction, this thickness may very slightly within a tolerance of -0.5mm/+3mm. This tolerance should be taken into account in fabrication and may require further calibration.
