ACOUSTICAL BLANKET ENCLOSURES

An acoustic blanket can be used for temporary situations. We can provide sound panels or sound curtains as equipment noise barriers, for stage sound, as tent walls and any other areas that may require an acoustic blanket. The sound proof curtains or panels can also be used as demising wall and prevent sound from being carried over to the other side.
- Portable: The acoustic blanket / screen is portable and can be moved around and placed where required.
- Material: The core of the acoustic screen is made of foam or fibre glass and it is covered with an aluminized or polyester fabric
- Durable: The acoustic blanket is weather proof
- Fire retardant: Made from fire resistant material
We provide acoustic blanket for permanent setups as well as for temporary use. It can be purchased or we even provide the acoustic solution on a rental basis. The supporting structure is optional and depends on the client’s requirement.
Since they are in visible locations, we have added some aesthetics to the sound blankets and they are available in a variety of colours. The size is also variable and can be made to suit the requirement. The acoustic blanket can be portable or fixed depending on the situation and the commercial acoustic solution required.
We have a huge stock of absorber blanket panels which can be dispatched immediately. We have a technical team to set the acoustic control and adjust the sound control system. The range of these panels is from STC-18 to STC-27.

In our Acoustic enclosures we incorporate features such as:
- Absorption of sound
- Isolation of noise
- Dampening of vibrations
- Reverberation control
These qualities are achieved with a scientific understanding of noise and muffling techniques. We take special care to avoid sound resonance which is common in enclosed spaces and leads to the amplification of noise levels.
Our acoustic enclosures are designed to be modular. They are built with panels which makes it easy to open up and get access to the equipment for repair and maintenance, to place the industrial machinery in the enclosure or remove it from the enclosure. All the panels are removable including the door panels and the window panels.
The walls of the acoustic enclosure have been constructed with 100mm thick panels which are sound rated. This is with special consideration to the heavy industrial machines that will be encased and to get maximum noise reduction to keep it below the noise permissible limit.
ACOUSTIC DROP OVER CANOPY

The acoustic drop over canopy is a cost effective solution for controlling sound. It is also easy to install and is made of weatherproof material, thus providing complete protection to the machine. The drop over enclosure can be custom designed according to the client’s requirement which would include the size of the machine and the available space around it. We can deliver a standard size ISO unit within 4-5 weeks.

- Provides a sound reduction range from 25dB(A) to 25dB(A)
- Doors are sound proof with access hinges to prevent noise leakage
- The exhaust outlet is fitted with a silencer
- The canopy is well ventilated with air inlets and outlets lined with acoustic louvers
- Fire safety measures are installed
- The enclosure has sufficient lifting lugs
- Inside the enclosure is equipped with lighting level of 300 LUX
